Our team of healthcare co-ordinators are available Monday-Friday (9:00am - 5:00pm) to assist you with any healthcare questions you may have. Visiting services can be scheduled on weekends if required.Our dedicated professionals will provide the highest quality of care to our clients, to maximize their functional capability.A Nurse is available (at your Physician’s request) to visit you and evaluate your situation. You and your family member(s) will have the opportunity to fully and privately discuss your medical needs and at the same time get to know your Nurse.
